Prepare For Virus Risk Mitigation Controls

Identify What You Don’t Have, To Determine The Scope Of Work For Your Home, Business, School, Entertainment Venue, or Voting Location

Supply needs will be based on the following:

  1. An inventory of your business / home, with the SQ Foot of each room needing virus control, to include ceiling height.
  2. An inventory list of your business for Nonporous and Porous surfaces that customers and/or employees touch frequently, vs occasionally.
  3. Do you have a lobby / reception area where customers wait?
  4. Do one or more air vents blow downward air on customers and employees?
  5. Do one or more ceiling fans blow downward air on customers and employees?
  6. Do you know the humidity percentage for each room where people are present?
  7. Do you have any indoor locations that require a person to sit or stand, facing closer than 1m/3ft from each other? This includes if they are seated and able to turn their head to come face to face with another person closer than 1m/3ft indoors or 2m/6ft outside.
  8. Do you have room barriers or dividers that prevent direct face to face contact with another person closer than 1m/3ft indoors or 2m/6ft outside?
  9. Do you have employee, customer, family, visitor’s health screening supplies?
  10. Do you have the list of questions to ask for health screening employees, customers, family, or visitors?
  11. Do you have the appropriate liquid sanitation supplies for the different surfaces in your business, school, or home?
  12. Do you have the appropriate light sanitation supplies for the different surfaces in your business, school, or home?
  13. Do you have the appropriate fogger sanitation supplies for the different surfaces in your business, school, or home?
  14. Do you have the appropriate Ozone sanitation supplies for the different surfaces in your business, school, or home?
  15. Do you have COVID Symptoms Posters to post for Customers?
  16. Do you have COVID Mask Wearing Posters to post for Employees, Customers, or Students?
  17. Do you have COVID Sanitation Procedures Posters to post for Employees?
  18. Do you have COVID hand washing / hand sanitizer procedures for posting in bathrooms and above all sinks?
  19. Do you have a list of which surfaces accessible by Employees, Customers, or Students are “multi-touch” surface and if they are porous or non-porous surfaces?
  20. Review the 10 protocols and identify what you need from each protocol, based on your individual environment and configurations, this will allow you to create a list of supplies needed to create the maximum COVID Risk Mitigation for your Business, School or Home.
  21. Set your budget.
  22. Identify how you will pay for the COVID Risk Mitigation equipment for your Business, School, or Home. (If for schools, consider Go-Fund-Me campaigns).
  23. Make your plan to apply the changes and equipment to your Business, School, or Home.
  24. Create a schedule to make the changes.
  25. Put your plan into action.
    • Order Equipment
    • Schedule Workers for Installation, if you are not able to do it yourself.
    • Install equipment & Implement new procedures.
  26. Monitor Implementation & Implement procedures to control exposure risks for Employees, Customers, Students.
  27. Make notes on lessons learned during the deployment.
  28. Open your business to Employees, Customers, or Students.
  29. Monitor and Adjust equipment and procedures, based on ongoing lessons learned.
